Rachel Ciprotti joined SCO in 2019, bringing a wealth of arts administration experience and a passion for connecting audiences to classical music. Rachel is currently the Director of Education & Operations for the Seattle Chamber Music Society. She moved to Seattle in 2017 from Atlanta, where she was the Executive Director of the Atlanta Chamber Players. Prior experience includes positions with the Georgia Symphony Orchestra, Maryland Citizens for the Arts, and the Boston Symphony. Rachel graduated from Dartmouth College and has an MBA from Kennesaw State University.
Aubrey Marks-Johnson serves as the Orchestra Personnel Manager for the Seattle Collaborative Orchestra. He has studied music since the age of 7, most recently completing a Bachelor’s degree in piano performance at Western Washington University with Jeffrey Gilliam. He has been a musician of the Seattle Collaborative Orchestra since 2018, and also pursues interests in musicology, linguistics, and food. He is particularly interested in integrating new music, popular music, and works by women, queer and transgender folks, and people of color alongside the standard repertoire. Aubrey currently lives in Seattle with his partner and two cats.
